For many parents, the only time they see their child’s daycare teachers and administrators is during pick-up and drop-off, or during the school’s annual open house. While they may have met their child’s classroom teacher or the director before they enrolled their child in the school, they rarely have any interaction with the staff. At Discoverie by Vinci School in Mountain Lakes, we want to keep communication open with every parent, and let them know that we’re able to answer any questions and address any concerns they may have.
We understand that parents are busy, and don’t have much time to speak with teachers or staff when they’re picking up or dropping off their child. However, if you have a concern about a situation at our daycare center, or you need to inquire about a change in schedule for your child, we’re always willing to talk. If an issue with another student arises, we will communicate with both sets of parents to resolve the issue and find the best solution as quickly as possible. We take the health and safety of every child very seriously, and we want to hear from parents if they feel that those needs aren’t being met.
If you’re considering Discoverie by Vinci School in Mountain Lakes as your daycare center, or your child has attended here for a few years and you’d like to speak with a teacher or our director, please let us know. We can arrange a time that’s convenient for you, and promise that you will have our full attention while we are discussing the best interests of both you and your child.
